For major USAID health contractor helped redesign business development strategy and C-Suite organizational structure. Made recommendations for structure of business development unit, training requirements and leadership. Helped senior leadership determine the appropriate span of control for various corporate officers and the structure to support them.
Worked with a Northeast Florida university to determine how to set up a Masters program in international health policy management Masters program. Program would support the University's goal of diversifying the student body and expanding the pool of talented students who would enroll.
Afghanistan: Helped create a health economics and financing department within the Ministry of Health. Program included university training for young staff in Thailand.
